At ELVIRA GIOIELLI, operated by LIMITLESS WORLDWIDE LLC, we are dedicated to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and procedures.

1. Production Time

All ELVIRA GIOIELLI pieces are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. This timeframe allows our artisans to craft your piece with the care and precision that defines our brand.

During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), production times may be extended. We will notify you if your order is subject to any delays.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Packaging

Every ELVIRA GIOIELLI piece is carefully packaged in our signature luxury packaging:

  • Protective jewelry pouch or box
  • ELVIRA GIOIELLI branded gift box
  • Care instructions card
  • Certificate of authenticity
  • Polishing cloth

All packages are discreet and secure, with no indication of valuable contents on the exterior.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link or by logging into your account on our website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 weeks of ordering, please contact us at hello@elviragioielli.com.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. If it has shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly.

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically make 2-3 additional attempts before returning the package to us. If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

6.3 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, leasing office)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier facility
  4. File a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

We are required by law to declare the full value of the package contents. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare lower values to avoid customs fees.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. Once received, we will issue a refund for the item cost minus shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for high-value orders requiring signature)
  • APO/FPO addresses (contact us for alternatives)
  • Certain countries due to shipping restrictions or high fraud risk

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

9. Rush Orders

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at hello@elviragioielli.com before ordering. While we cannot guarantee expedited production, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush shipping options are available for an additional fee.

10. Weather and Unforeseen Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any known delays and work with you to find solutions.
